Does anyone know if the items labelled as New Season go on sale when it starts? Is it still just permanent collection that doesn't go on sale? Thanks

If it's new season (=AW17) it won't go on sale until December

Anything labelled Permanent, Essentials or New Season is exempted from sale. Having said that their definition of new season, essentials or permanent sometimes beggards belief

How are people notified about which shoes will they have? As it's always a random drop but clearly there's someone who knows because are always all sold out in minutes.

It happened with the Mars Yard and today with the Acronym Lunar Force, no info at all about the release but been and gone in a second

i guess it's just staff & their friends? U don't earn much at netaporter…
Are u sure that at porter they don't add new items at a certain time?
Some reseller i know uses a website tracker on certain sites which notifies him whenever there is an update. He told me its worth the useless notifications.

As above, EIPs have first dibs and they’re usually all sold before the actual release on the website.
Staff/personal shoppers can’t reserve them for themselves otherwise they can get sacked.

I’ve asked them loads of times about release dates and they never give them out or a time. It’s normally between 1am and 5am they show up on the site sold out

Do you know how much you need to be spending with them to get in on that?

Thanks all!

Every time I contact the customer service they keep telling me that I have to subscribe to their newsletter to receive info on upcoming releases Laughing out loud

I also noticed that sometimes they just upload the sold out item, as for the Mars Yard, other times they don’t, as for the Off White Nikes which they had but never made their way to the website

So it’s all the EIP that rinse them every time…it’s “only” 10k? Would have expected much more than that.
