Might crash and burn as this requires a bit of effort… Arguing at work with the bairns over the death of the album in the 2010's due to the rise of the instant gratification of singles on spotify / youtube etc.

Ok so, for the dinosaurs, you only get 5 from each decade which makes it nightmarishly difficult but…
Your favourite five albums of each decade

80's - 1) MJ - Thriller. 2) Prince - Purple rain. 3) U2 - Joshua tree. 4) The Clash - London calling. 5) ACDC - Back in black.

90's - 1) Oasis - Definitely maybe. 2) Nirvana - Nevermind. 3) Radiohead - OK computer. 4) R.E.M - Out of time. 5) Green Day - Dookie

00's - 1) Strokes - Is this it. 2) Libertines - Up the bracket. 3) Arctic Monkeys - Whatever people say I am, that's what I'm not. 4) Eminem - Marshall Mathers. 5) Daft Punk - Discovery

Not even going to attempt the 2010's

My inner geek loves shit like this. edit: could double this list easily and it wouldn't cover it.

90's - Portishead - Portishead, A Tribe called Quest - People's Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm, Radiohead - The Bends, Blur - Modern Life is Rubbish, Chemical Brothers - Exit Planet Dust

00's - OutKast - Speakerboxxx/The Love Below Album, Kings of Leon - Aha Shake Heartbreak, LCD Soundsystem - Sound of Silver, Kanye West - Late Registration, Fleet Foxes - Fleet Foxes

2010s - Mac DeMarco - Salad Days, Tame Impala - Currents, Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp a Butterfly, Robyn - Honey, Gil Scott-Heron and Jamie xx - We're New Here

^Fantasy with ODB is one my favourite videos. I have it on DVD somewhere..Love Mariah, she's always on faiyah

Justincredible, your list is play school and basic as fuck. It's like you copied it directly out of GQ magazine or some shit. So fucking generic, it's like you just let people tell you what's good and don't think for yourself at all.

TCB - not a bad list, the stuff I know I agree is real good. Obviously personal and not influenced by others but at the same time, not trying to be obscure.

80's - 1) Sonic Youth - Sister 2) Minako with Wild Cats - Wild Cats 3) Rebecca - anything from the '80s, all fucking gold, okay okay, if you have to choose get Rebecca IV: Maybe Tomorrow (but I bet you'll prolly cheat and watch on youtube with dumb compressed codecs like a fucking weak faggot) Get the CD or LP faggot!!. 4) Yuming - Let's meet last night 5) Yuki Kudoh - Sensation

90's - 1) Yuming - Dawn Purple 2) Globe - Faces Places 3) Hitomi - deja vu 4) My Little Lover - evergreen 5) Suzuki Ami - SA

00's - 1) Amuro Namie - Queen of Hip Pop 2) Paris Hilton - Paris 3) YOU - Minami-maki (South facing) 4) Fumiya Fujii - Cloverfield 5) Yuki -JOY

'10s - Manji Line - Muzical Phoenix

Not necessarily guilty pleasures, but I have been going through the Rolling Stone 500 greatest albums list since working from home. Found a few things I definitely should have got round to sooner.
