Try clearing the cache on your device and see if you can log in after that.

If anyone could post a screenshot of the 403 error, or whatever happens when you attempt to log in on any device, that would be a great help.

For me there are no error messages initially. When I try to sign in on my iPhone after I click the "Sign In" button the page just reloads with me not signed in and the username and password boxes empty again.
Clearing the cache on my phone leads to the CSRF verification message that swede posted. Screenshot below.
