I don't ever remember hanon having a good site though, it was always really buggy and never simple to see what you wanted without trawling through pages.

must be by the same people as hanon - some of the photos are terrible.
When will companies learn that simple websites which are quick and easy make the customer experience so much better

Urgh. I never had an issue with their last design. It wasn't groundbreaking but it sure as hell did its job more effectively than this plop.

I quite like it, display is much bigger and improved. it just needs a little tweaking, like robii suggests, a search by category.

Fair enough. Have used them in the past and no issues but they are only offering me store credit, claiming my return was not within 7 days despite it being signed for on the 6th and returned by special delivery on 12th. They won't respond to my e mails either.
If anyone is interested in £90 store credit to help me out, drop me a PM!

I went to pick up an APC jacket in the sale online, the cheeky buggers have put it back to full price!
Used them a few times and found them fine though.

They've done the exact same thing with me, Strummer. I'm gonna email them once more then take it up with my credit card company. Service has been great in the past

Great service with END but yeah the new site looks like a catalogue site and there are no categories.

i found end fine to deal with over the phone but they don't respond to emails unless its about you trying to buy something

popped into the shop the other day. they are opening another shop on the back of the internet site doing so well for them.
however i think they have dropped a major one with the new site. it looks and operates worse than the original. i used to look at products on there prior to a store visit because you got a better view than in there small shop.
i think the website has been changed due to the sheer number of viewers and orders needed to be processed. if anyone needs owt' from teh shop let me know.
