They're always knocking prices up and down in store as well. If you can ever get in. Nightmare on a Saturday, whole shop is about 12m square with a big table in the middle. Great help in store though. Sometimes can be abit of a pain on the old returns. New website layout is pretty poor compared to the last too.

i was going to a course in newcastle end of last year so i checked out what they had online before i went in, saw a few things i liked, went to the store-cool wee place like- but all the stuff i wanted instore wasnt the sale price on the website, i asked/told the gut and he changed it to the cheaper price.(hanon-shops instore prices often are different to their sale)

i have once had to make a return, once i sent back the t-shirt money was refunded instantly and email was replied within the day.

Used em twice, top notch both times. Couldn't fault them.

I've left it with my credit card company. Did you get an apology/reason for the problem?

They've actually got a pair of jeans on their site that I want and can't find anywhere else but I'm not going to buy them because of these problems. I don't see how they can think it's a good idea not to refund me.

Delivery is quick. Just returns that are the issue (ie. they don't do em without a fight).

Hi guys,

Im one of the managers at End and read the fuk.co.uk forum pretty often so just wanted to reply.

I read a few of you are having a problems with returns. I know we can be pretty strict on them but if you can drop me an email at christiaan@endclothing.co.uk ill have a look and try to get them sorted out. The lads are normally pretty sound and customer service is usually pretty good compared to other shops ive worked at.

Regarding the new site weve been having a few teething problems (the sale prices originally went back to full price for a couple of days until we had time to go through and change them all back, but they should all be back to the correct prices now (re: apc jacket)).

If anyones got any feedback or possible improvements for the new site - drop me an e mail and ill pass all the comments on and send you a discount code for your trouble.

Cheers, Christiaan

Good to see you posting on here but if you offer a returns policy then it should be adhered to, there is no scope for being 'strict'.

They've done pretty well, Always wonder how well the store actually does and how much is down to online sales, still pretty suprised to see them getting some of those brands on board in Newcastle Cool

i managed to get a peak in there new store bit yesterday. Wipes the floor with the other offerings in newcastle.

from my shopping across europe and the states the store is very different and is something you would usually find in a capital city and not in newcastle.

Visvim, Kitsume, Band of Outsiders, Common Projects, Nigel Cabourn there all coming!
