Hey best of luck to em….
Just a bit of a shame as they really went out of their way to help back in the day.

I do tend to agree. Just been to The Hambledon sale which keeps pretty much all stock in store only. Service is still great and they seem to do well enough locally not to need to expand/go online.

Not pre xmas but yesterday received a dispatch notice from
End for one of two sale purchases which was followed up
by an email from DPD today saying they didn't receive the order from End.

Same old same old. …

DPD are informed of pick up request. THis is enough for END to class as COMPLETED.
Today was first day of DPD pickups ( tried to organise pick up at depot as not around till next week)
DEPOT fella groaned loudly when i said it was from END, Said they collect 3/4 times a day from END as They were one of the depot's best clients!!!!

edit - DPD just rang (canny)
they have 60 large pallets to pick up from END TONIGHT

it seems their international shipping is more on point.
Had one order (pre xmas) which i got 2 days after ordering and one ordered yesterday which went to dpd today. Had some bad experience in the past, but i'm really pleased with them atm. Good sale prices and i love their stock, but prices increased af for s/s 17…pretty sure they can't compete with the eu market the next years.
Crazy numbers btw, cheers for the insight

Crazy growth.

Visited a few years ago shortly after the 'hunting' shop opened, both shops were tiny!

Curious to know how long it takes for them to update tracking.

I too remember the two shops side by side down a small cobbled street, probably circa 2010, even then the website was always giving you the impression of a larger store. Probably a good marketing strategy.

I find it strange to need to spend thousands on opening northern flagship stores whilst the online platform is so successful with much less cost and labour.

I really don't think the new shop works. splitting 3 ZARA'esque floors into Street/Standard and Luxe with nowt really of interest in any. Hard thing to achieve but they need to find a way to show more stock.

All the money they made from End they can drop in Soundcloud that is bleeding money and has never made a single cent profit and no one wants to buy it (recent loss 2014 -44m)

They're behind on their shipping atm. Been waiting a couple of days now and still not been dispatched just in case anyone's ordered recently.
