They've got a member of staff who welcomes you and directs you to the taps. Then there's another person who dispenses you some Aesop and watches you whilst you clean your hands. After that you get an RFID wristband, which allows you to touch products - if you put your hand near a product without a wristband a little noise signals staff.

Went in today.
The whole thing is really impressive. Surprised they didn’t do a London store instead of the Glasgow one a few years back.
All those brands in one polished store will work so well in London.
