Upwards of £300 for trainers is stepping into Balenciaga/Lanvin price brackets, very painful.

Kind of wish I had bought a pair for the £100-150 they've always been available for if this is what pricing is going to be now

I copped the Van-a-like's for £180 last summer and only wore them twice, so got a pretty much new pair to see me through this Spring/Summer (CSB). Breaking the £300 barrier is taking the piss a bit. Definitely a Sale purchase from now on I think.

I think oki-ni did this last season as well, the prices were too high initially but then they brought them down.

The corner has them at more normal prices

Five holes I got in the sale were £260 originally, the new ones will probably be down to that in a week.

Fan of the 101 stuff Oops
You do realise there is a massive difference between Lee 101 and the Lee you get in Urban Outfitters?

It does look abit grainy.
101 is basically the LVC of Lee. They do an even higher end one called Archive, made in Japan (by Edwin, on Lee's original machinery) but the fits are comedy. Gigantic arses and teeny waists at £300 http://www.sonofastag.com/brand/76/leevintage

Lee is shit (it's a shame) but it's true, fuck 101 the arcs are crap, the fit is crap, the designs are poor. It's just a poor mans levi's.

I really like the plain coloured ones. Always wanted a pair of George Cox shoes, the Bathing Ape collaborations were awesome too.
