ibis, is that right by the hooters bar? think ive stayed there before.
me and my mate, into snatch. not really a club as gotta work next day but a good bar open late. was one on the main road, like an old shop, sold cocktails, maybe had red lighting? really thin. that was cool last time if i remember right.
and also a good restaurant mate if you know one. not bothered about kind. just a good munch, price dont really matter.
cheers

ibis is in the hockley/lace market area mate…brand new

there are loads of bars in and around lace market hockley so that wont be a problem.

a decent restaurant around there is dolce…quite cheap, small but good food

Hand in Heart near the Ropewalk, had some very good meals there.

i didnt think iberico was THAT nice. Why not harts or world service? they are the best restaurants in notts IMO.
I went to this place called french living the other week for the first time, at the top of kings street. Theres a cafe as you walk in but the proper restaurant is in the cellar. It was really nice and not too expensive.

Been to Harts a bunch of times, just want to try something new. World service, similar to your opinion of iberico - just didnt think it was that good for the money. ill check out hand in heart/french living.
