@ russ - try the hyatt in sharm. i stayed there with my brood and they all felt like bosses.
lazy river, big fuck off boss slide and lovely rooms.
was cheaper than the other boss hotels i stayed in when i went without the mini bosses.

Aqua Blu Hotel in Sharm, Water Park is sick!!
Also relax by the pool while the Chamack look a likes run some sick House music.
Dont be put off by the reviews by the English on Trip Advisor, cussing off the Russians.

Where's good to go skiing and reasonably priced? Bearing in mind it would be my first time skiing properly..

Phil, check out somewhere like Bad Gastein. Easy transfer from Salzburg and not too expensive when you get there. Even better if you can get a late half board (or similar) deal. I'd avoid the mega resorts in France as well as Eastern Europe for the most part.

Ayia Napa booked for july, anyone recommend any places to go?

Its certainly not a ghost town. Hvar is a very nice place, has some good bars. All quite expensive & filled with flashy eastern Europeans though. I went to a great bar on the sea front which played house, its just round from the bay in the centre.
I would recommend taking a few days trips to Mihet or Korsula. Mihet is an island with 2 national parks and its very quiet & secluded. You have to hitch hike around the island as there are no buses but the residents are very nice people.

not sure really. just heard decent things about it and ive got a manic holiday in asia coming in march so fancied a beach, drinks, clubs and girls!
and with it just being a week thought it might be a pain to go there for 3 days by ferry etc and then days back on the mainland.
how pricey is it? drinks food wise etc..
plan on staying in the Yacht Harbour or the Adrian Spa hotel.

Decided to put skiing on hold and just do a quick city break.
Is Copenhagen any good for a 3 night break at this time of year. What is there to do there, just shop/eat out?
Thinking of going mid March. Other options are Paris or Berlin
Cheers

Berlin is awesome if you've never been, plenty to do and see.

+1 for Berlin. Also 100x cheaper than Copenhagen.

Cheers, yeah heard Berlin is meant to be good, but found a cool hotel in Copenhagen for a pretty good price.. so might pursue that first, that's if Copenhagen itself is good?
