If you want a cool bar experience go to 1 Altitude bar in the financial district. It's way up on top of one of the banking buildings but you get spectacular sunsets and it's got a good vibe. Definitely go to raffles hotel and wander around the courtyard. Get a singapore sling.

Yes one altitude, or new asia bar, it's on the last level of the tallest building in singapore, swissotel stamford. It's just next to raffles hotel. Can't remember which day of the month, but they have a monthly party held at the helipad of the hotel. Lots of expats though

Off on a stag do to Dublin in a few weeks.

I have absolutely no faith in the best man to organise anything of any worth so can someone suggest places to go for food (11 people, would need to pre-book) and places to drink/party.
Cheers in advance.

Stay in a hostel in Singapore, much cheapness. 5 nights though is too long (particularly as you say you don't want to spend a lot of money, in one of the most expensive places on the planet). It's too long in that there are so many other places of interest in Asia, why spend a week in a business city?

Another stag do request for information, I'm heading Hamburg tonight/tomorrow. Anything outside of trailing bars down the reiperbahn? These boys are my usual lot so decent bars would be useful to know.

Plus I land about 8 hours before they do, so any good shops for trainers and clothing or general must-see things would be good.
