Theres a restaurant called Pastar. Its brilliant and remarkably cheap for how good it is.
If you want drugs go to Reggae Reggae Bar and speak to the owners.

Tips for Istanbul please.

Top foreign office tip:
Terrorism
There is a high threat from terrorism in Turkey and there are active terrorist groups throughout the country. These include domestic religious extremist and ideological groups, and international groups involved in the conflict in Syria. Attacks could be indiscriminate and could affect places visited by foreigners.

Nah Istanbul is relatively safe, nothing will happen. But a bomb doesn't discriminate between races

Off to Mykonos this weekend, any recommendations for food or bars ? Or is it just best to freestyle it in the town ?

Kiki's Tavern is worth seeking out for lunch. Greek style outdoor grill. No bookings.
15 min taxi/car journey from the town
Mykonos Town - loads to choose from, M-Eating was class

Kounelas fish taverna is THE place to head to in the town if you want fresh fish. Tables are crammed in and mega busy/hectic, but the seafood was very good.
Get a gyro for lunch from Jimmy's, have a cocktail at Katerinas overlooking Little Venice.
Avra Garden and M-Eating are very good.
Avli Tou Thodori at Platys Gialis beach (10 mins max in a taxi or get the bus, they run into the early hours) was also good.
