Radisson Royal Blu.

5 minute walk from central train station and Grand Place. If staying here then have business rooms as they have been recently refurbished.

The Dominican Hotel round the corner is very nice but had no availability for us.

Hampton Court could fit the bill, cheers.

Delirium bar is a must. TBH every bar was cool, nice atmosphere to the city.

Restaurants - we did sit down to eat at the Sea Grill at the Raddison (2 star) but didn't manage to touch any of it due to being in a state from friday night. Drank the wine though.

Just eat Frittes, waffles and chocolates and you will be fine.

Delirium is full of kids and grumpy bar staff. The best two beer bars are Moeder Lambic (fontainas) and Poechenellekelder.

Fin de Siecle did nice trad. Belgium food and good beer too. There were loads of other decent pubs around it too.

There's some nice coffee spots around Rue Haute and some interesting shops around there. The flea market is close by too.

The Cantillon Brewery Tour was cool too

Best beers I had were Saison Dupont, Rodenbach Gand Cru and aged Orval

I used to live opposite, there are some nice shops and bars in a parade of shops, this place does great food and is good value (also takes tastecard):

There is also bushey park next to the palace which is nice along with a river path by the thames.

Yeah did it last year, did half the time doing the cultural stuff in the triangle then hand a week in a resort on the South. Get a good driver, the roads are crazy. The street food and tea are really good.

Yeahthat was the one. Basically we went from Columbo to Kandy, spent a night there in a high up mountain/hilltop hotel, went round a tee factory, did a show. Then went to the Cultural triangle, stayed in a cool hotel in the middle of nowhere, saw Sigria Rock, temples, shires, elephant sanctury all that stuff, then just relaxed for a week. We had a guide take us round for 5 days. Another fucker did a similar thing and gave me some tips. Cool place though.
