Krakow…cheap beer, plenty of bars, lots of sun and the most beautiful women you've ever seen. I'm flying from Leeds/Bradford for £200 with £30 accomodation for 2 nights…leaving Friday morning arriving home Sunday evening.

Krakow is perfect for what you described. i've been too Cologne and can highly recommend that place, lots of bars plenty to do and i think it's a uni city too so plenty of talent around. Don't go to Brussels for a long weekend, great place to visit but it's not a booze, birds and sun place.
take a water taxi from outside the station round to somewhere near Piazza San Marco, it's a really good way of getting a different perspective on Venice, and there's a great view of the square
Piazza San Marco obviously - gets very busy, particularly this time of year, so the earlier you get here the better
buy some Murano glass
head to the beach at Lido if you have time
eat as far from Piazza San Marco as possible if you want to save money
buy yourself a map and just go for a wander away from the main tourist areas, there's a veritable rabbit warren of beautiful residential streets
don't get lost after dark (no homo), there are plenty of unlit streets that are difficult to get out of. particularly when drunk - speaking from experience here
