Just spent a weekend there, lovely as always, just the right size for a few days break.
Would recommend Patè Patè for dinner and Fleisch for lunch\smorrebrod, they are next to each other, and both in the Meatpacking area, where also Gorilla recommended above is.
Always around Meatpacking, if you're into beers (and BBQ as said above), there is Warpigs, a collab brewpub by Mikkeller and Three Floyds, but I'd strongly recommend Fermentoren for beers as it's considerably cheaper than those around and has 20 beers on tap.
Amager Bryghus is another good option for beers, with a few locations around town.
In Norrebro, another good beer place is Brus, and just next to it there a good bakery for breakfast\lunch called Mirabelle.
In addition to Pompette, also Sabotoren is good for wine, again around Norrebro area.
Coffee Collective and Roast Coffee both have different locations around town for coffee\breakfast.
In Israel Plads there's a covered market where you can also have lunch, don't know if it's open late for dinner.
