Flight times were the quickest at 1 hour 30 so it won
Chez Robert et Louise for meat and Little Red Door for cocktails.
Thank me later.

Didn't really rate 'Little Red Door' - it's ok but there are more reasonably priced and better bars about. Would recommend the Italian restaurant 'La Briciola' just up the road though.
Soul Kitchen uaed to be great for food after Sacre-Coeur - popular with locals and away from the throng of tourists that populate the area.
Le Relais Gascon in Montmartre is really good for French food - would deffo recommend. Lulu White's for cocktails afterwards which is tiny but far more intimate than the 'Little Red Door'

Candelaria also….if I remember correctly it was situated in/next to a tiny Mexican food joint.

Anyone got any toronto tips? Out with work next month and looking for things to do evenings/good places to go for dinner (solo) and some key bits to see.

Was there first two weeks of October for work too.
I’d personally recommend…
Alo (fancy dining)
Pai (Thai)
Have a walk around old Chinatown/Kensington Market and stop off at Blackbird Bakery
Banh Mi Boyz
Pearl Harbourfront for dim sum
Kost for rooftop dining/drinks overlooking the CN tower
If you’re heading to Niagara Falls Peller Winery is worth a trip for a tour.
Shopping wise…
Haven
Nomad
The bigger Arcteryx store is in North York and stocks Veilance for women
Blue Button Store has Kaptial

Also if you’re not aware you need to download ArriveCan app and fill in/submit your info which is in addition to the esta.
Oh and be prepared to show your proof of vaccine at places like restaurants and bars etc. when I was there they were accepting paper formats from my coworkers whereas I showed them my nhs one from my apple wallet. Believe they moved digitally (QR code system) end of October so worth looking up what international travellers need to do.

I'll write a bit more later but Jardim Serralves is a must, and as far as restaurants go all of my favourite meals were in understated places that cost like €15/head for food and a bottle of wine.
I'll find my notes and post them here.
