Highly recommend The Yeatman (http://www.the-yeatman-hotel.com/en/food/restaurant/). Book a table by the window for dinner and watch the sunset over Porto.

Not the best pic but you get the idea

Yeatman is a great hotel, quite new… if it’s a bit pricey, I’ve also stayed at The House Ribeira Hotel…. Right by the river..

Two tier society currently being practised here in Denmark. Outdoors seating only for the ‘unclean’. Terrible.

I’m in Copenhagen in a couple of weeks all being well, how is it over there? I’m double jabbed so all good in that sense.

Yeah it’s fine… literally being asked for your ‘corona pass’ everywhere you try to go…. Generally ok… great bar called Balderdash if you like you’re funky cocktails… I’ll hit you up with a few more recommendations later..

Some great bars worth visiting in Copenhagen…

Balderdash
The Jane
Ruby
Curfew

There’s a few others but these were the most memorable..

I went with Randox.

Can someone summarise the new rule change? Flying out to Frankfurt for 1 day (going out 30 Nov and coming back 1 Oct). What do I need to do?

Has anyone tried re-using an old day 2 reference for return?

Book test before returning, put the code on your form and take the test on the day you come back, next day or on day 2… and yes if you re-use a code, it normally goes through fine… no checks.

So, realistically if I get a randox test I can just take it with me in the car to the airport. Do the test as we get back in the car in England, drop it off on the way home and have the results by next day and be done with it all?

Technically yes… the only issue is having to quarantine until you get the result… if you choose to. But yes, in theory that works.

Yeah would just take the next day off work to be on the safe side but seems the quickest and easiest way of doing it.

Don't think you need to actually do the Day 2 test. Just prove that you've ordered it.

Obvs, do it if you want.

Check first if you plan using a Randox drop box. I ended up posting in the end, but the PO won't take tests and gave me a prepaid Special Delivery stamp but it took ages to get them to agree. The Drop Boxes were a minimum 2 hour round trip from me.
