Less relevant due to many WFH in lockdown but;

Takes two glasses of water to their desk so they don’t have to get up as often.

Laughing out loud

Frubes, cheese strings, baby bells, dairylea dunkers - Proper nan if consumed after secondary school

Was gonna say fridge raiders but they're more labourer/gym rat snack.

I have mentioned this before but work Nankid has a large bar of chocolate and a bottle of Rubicon for his lunch, says Rubicon is one of his five a day and chocolate gives you energy Laughing out loud

Yeah cheese strings and baby bell are sort of borderline but fully acceptable if you have kids. Dairylea dunkers are always acceptable.
