The new Resident Evil 2 is great. Would recommend it to any survival horror fans.

RE4 still one of the finest gaming experiences of my life. Really enjoyed the REmake on Gamecube too. Not sure I could handle another full play through of one of the scarier pre-RE4 titles these days though Oops

Just downloaded https://openemu.org/ and bustin all my old Resi and Zelda faves. Completely off new games find them way too easy to complete and online just doesn't excite me.

Given Sekiro a go? (first recent difficult one that came to mind, Spelunky 2 next week going to be tricky too)
