Write them a pleasant e-mail simply asking for a refund as the service you paid for wasn't provided, far more likely to get a positive response. If someone fucks me off at work I just ignore them.

Yeah well I didn't mean get rude, by an angry email I meant an email saying you want a refund rather than get bitchy and start upsetting people, bad wording really.

Not really a store but a new japan proxy service i've been trying out is sutocorp

Store: http://www.sutocorp.com

Service: Excellent

Delivery: My parcel is currently in the post but japan EMS is usually great.

Good point: Really fast communication, lowest charges i've come across, accurate shipping values, all round the best proxy i've used.

Bad point: Their site looks a little ropey (nothing important though). Think it's run by that weird member on here a while back called Ak1mz Smiling

it's a review of the proxy service, what the products are like doesn't matter i got them on y.jp, if i dont get the parcel or something like that it's the couriers fault/ it's tracked. but ultimately you're right though it's a stupid review cause they might send the wrong stuff or something like that. was just impressed with how quick they've been.

i've never used jake before

3 days later get email meant for another customer

reply to point out I'm not that customer

get another email saying what I ordered is out of stock (not sure when they were going to tell me this)

asked for a refund

get email saying it could take upto 10 days to refund me and I should phone
round all their shops to see if anyone has the product.

endclothing……what's their delivery normally like? paid for some petit standards on sat and chose next day delivery, still haven't received anything. checked my account and the money's gone out, might give them a buzz tommorow. Bit shit they say it's next day delivery and it blatently isn't.

bought twice from them before and always received the next day.

still haven't got a refund from baracuta. last week the said i will get it in 3 days, and today got another email saying the same thing. Sad

Normally very good service from end. I had the same with Oipolloi the other week, took about 3 days for next day delivery.

Give them a call, they have always been good to deal with.

Out of interest when people on here order next day on a Saturday what day do they expect the parcel?

next day on a saturday is posted monday recieve tuesday every time.

it's cool, i phoned them today. APC are out of stock but they're getting more in tommorow so i'll get them next week. Not great communication but they refunded my postage so big up endclothing.

Service: Very Good

Delivery Times: Ordered Saturday lunch time and arrived recorded delivery on Tuesday

Good Point: Good packaging, great clean neat website and even included a hand written thank you note for that personal service

Bad Points:None
