Tresbien, really fast, free delivery worldwide at the moment, ordered Monday, just got delivered half an hour ago.

Ordered Friday, late afternoon and was received this morning. Without the weekend and bank holiday it would've been next day. Pretty good service and chucked in a free toy as well. Cool

Delivery Times: Super Fast free priority shipping as well

Good Point: low prices and good sale promo on the 3 for 2 Dr Martens, nice 360 picture view mode as well.

Bad Points: Nothing major but the email conmfirmation went into the junk mail on my hotmail account, so I thought the order had not gone through and luckly i didnt delete the mail in the junk folder.

Delivery Times: Ordered Friday afternoon, arrived Tuesday morning. Free Delivery aswell Cool

Good Point: Nice sale and free delivery

Bad Points: Nothing major but the correspondence was very generic, maybe they could have a little more of a personal touch

Service: Poor, ordered Friday and was about to complain that delivery still hadn't arrived despite using next day delivery. However have had an email at 3.30pm today to say the item was out of stock.

Service: Excellent. The postman didn't leave a "While you were out" note so I missed the delivery. Alex from HB kept in touch the entire time and resent the package without any issues.

Delivery Times: Very quick, twice!

Good Point: Paypal, great customer service / comms.

Bad Points: Nothing

ordeerd some items from them during office hoursand even though it was late it let me pay for next day delivery, it was only after the ordering process that there was info/payment site that sais that items booked aafter 2pm would go out the next day, such a simpole thing for you to fix album, just put the innfo where it can be sen more clearely
other than that staff are helpful, but not pushy and the clothes are perfect
11/10. but please dont stock those gormet shoes.

Service: Item I ordered was out of stock but no one emailed me to tell me this and waited a week or so without receiving anything. When I queried it they sent me some more expensive shorts at no extra cost though.

Delivery Times: 3 days after they sorted out the fuck up, fast enough.

Good Point: Sent me a more expensive item at no additional cost

Bad Points: Messed up my order and no one told me

Service: Instant e-mail confirmation and a good tracking service with UPS.

Delivery Times: 1 week so pretty slow, but £6 from Italy is not bad.

Good Point: Good quality products.

Bad Points: Couldn't add more than one item to cart. Sizing info online was woefully inconsistent and wrong (has since been changed on the product and still wrong). Italian.

Ordered a Margiela coat from them in the sale. When it arrived I found signs of wear on the arm and the top button was missing. Gutted because it was really nice otherwise and a bargain, wanted to keep it but the marks on the sleeve made it unwearable.

Before I had a chance to email them about it I had already received a courtesy email asking whether I was happy with my order (+1) I replied and told them the problem, in the end they refunded the cost of the coat, delivery charges and also gave me £50 off my next order!

Cool story bro I know, but they went above and beyond in my opinion.

Louis Vuitton. Exceptional packaging. Very nice.

Exchanges take a while because once you've sent them back to the UK based warehouse they go back to FRANCE then you get a replacement. It all takes a long time. Better than Gucci though, Gucci make you send back to Italy at your own cost.

have used them forever..never had a problem with them…sizing, item, cust care all spot on. sometimes they get the labels mixed up on the site saying someting is sat taps and it isnt..

Delivery Times: Slow

Good Point: Not much, stocks some decent clobber (if you like LVC and Vans).

Bad Points: Did not process shipment of item for a week and a half. Then emailed to say one of the items I had ordered was out of stock. Didn't arrange a refund and I am still chasing. Other item was not in good condition. Waste of time, won't use again.

what couldve made it a 10 then? its not like a meal where you like each course, everythings cooked perfectly, service is very good but the seasoning etc couldve been slightly better and the waiter to catch your eye the very first time you were trying to ask for the bill. you got the item you wanted next day, good service etc.

Not Uniforms fault but where to enter the tracking number on Fedex site is a little tricky, as you have to enter it in the correct field or no tracking info will appear

FarFetch: It worked better than I thought, delivery was £9 next day and there's a choice of couriers depending on the boutique. Everything arrived in farfetch branded packaging. Returns aren't free but were processed fast in my case.

Stylebop: Delivery is expensive, £16 for UPS next day but returns back to germany are free with UPS.

Would use both again but delivery is too much for smaller purchases.

Not online but got to show some appreciation for moncler. Bought that jacket from liberty a few weeks ago. Wore it once to spurs match, some idiot on the way out managed to burn through sleeve with a cigarette (didn't notice at time). Took into sloane street store end of last week, said they'd do a quick repair for free and if that wasn't acceptable then they'd send back to Italy and replace the panel at no charge. Went in today to collect it, repair wasn't great because the area was too big to glue together. Said they'd replace it for me to save hassle of sending to Italy for repair.
