Service: Fucking terrible.

Delivery Times: Don't know, never got that far.

Good Point: Yet to see one.

Bad Points: Tried ordering some sunnies back in May, which their website said was in stock. 2 days later I get an e-mail saying I'll have to wait an extra 5 days, so I said fair enough…can you waive the next day shipping I paid for? Nope refused. OK 6 days later another message, I'm going to have to wait another 5 days so I ask them to cancel the order. They claim to have cancelled it on the 7th of June. Checked my statement and they went ahead and debited my account on the 16th of June, even though they told me they won't debit my account until they have them in stock…but I cancelled on the 7th when they didn't even have them in stock. So now I'm £90 down for no fucking reason.

Ignored Bill's warning above and went with it because of good prices. Mistake.

Ordered from Wrong Weather on Tuesday - just received this email about ten minutes ago…

"Dear Sir

I sent you this email just to confirm that your order will be delay

Wrong Weather Team"

OK. How long a delay? Why?

Don't normally moan about delivery times etc especially from abroad but I ordered from apc.fr on Tuesday too and their order arrived the next day which was amazing.

Anyone else ordered from this place before?

Mine was almost as shit. I don't think they actually keep any frames in stock, best thing to do is call them as they are all really friendly and sort it out instantly.
I'm sure it says on the site they don't charge until the order is shipped too.

Metsuki sounds like total crap! Going to stay clear of them. Good thread, cos I´m always a bit weary ordering from new online shops.

Used mywardrobe a fair bit lately. Returns and general speed of delivery and customer service has been top notch. 10/10 can't fault them at all.

Uniqlo - Delivery slow as shite, always. If I order something I just assume it will take a week now.

+1, best online retailer imo, also used them regularly and never had a problem. Sales are always epic as well

End - seem to be in the business of overcharging considerably on some Nikes. Bodega Footscapes £20 more expensive than Footpatrol and 1948 and they were charging £15 more for the blue denim Air Force Ones

Hip are fucking shocking when it comes to customer service. I must've sent them countless emails over the years and they have never replied to a single one, out of office or not. Best off hitting up there facebook page I guess mate.

Buzz Rickson store taking the piss with my order. Ordered is last saturday, and the latest update (received yesterday) says 'Processing'.

I know they offer free delivery, but that's no excuse, is it?

So it's not just me who found Uniqlo slow to deliver Sad Probably worth noting at the moment that www.room14menswear.co.uk have a ton of items on sale at the moment…wish they stocked some more levis…and it wouldve been good to see some of those Vans discounted too Eye-wink

Good Point: Clean website, good sale items and discount code offered by the retailer. Cheap or free delivery.

Bad Points: On some sizes you can only see if the item is sold out when you actually click the size

Delivery Times: N/A

Good Point: Nothing that I noticed

Bad Points: Took 2 full days to tell me that what I ordered was actually out-of-stock. I emailed back with an alternative item but heard nothing back and received no goods. A further two emails requesting an answer/refund were ignored, as was a message sent through the website's contact form. I finally received a refund 3 weeks later after having to ring the store. They claimed my emails hadn't been received and gave a half-hearted apology, but no offer of a discount code or incentive to try shopping with them again.

Score: 1/10 (Only for the fact that I did eventually get my money back). Avoid like the fucking plague.

I Bought some CDG Guerilla from them and had almost as bad. Paid for 24hr delivery and spent 2 weeks e-mailing them to no avail, then a lad I know walked into my office with a box from HerviaBazaar that was sent to a complete random address in town. Just lucky I knew the lad who signed for it down the road.

i ordered an OL shirt from them about 4ish and went for the free 2day delivery with Royal Mail, arrived next morning. a pleasant suprise.

Good to hear our stuff has been arriving on time!

We're working on having a size filter on the site, not sure when we'll be able to take that live though. Hope you all enjoy your various purchases.
