Having the logo and menus in a fixed position all over the content is not at all annoying.

yes, terrible design. And the price for the Uk site is shown in euros.

Having said that the navy needle cord jacket is nice in real life

Store: COS - http://www.cosstores.com/Store/

Service: Poor

Delivery Times: Sloooow

Good Point: Good they have an online store

Bad Points: 2-5 day delivery is not the case. Even though they state "Home delivery UK €6 (You will normally receive your order within 2-5 working days)" That's actually their dispatch timescale, and as they dispatch from Germany, the total delivery time is more like 12 days.

Score: 2/10

^ Massive annoyance to me when sites aren't tested for browser compatiblity, especially when it's corporate sites that have costs thousands. So unprofessional

Store: Norse Store - www.norsestore.com

Service: Brilliant

Delivery Times: Ordered on Monday afternoon, delivered from Denmark to Sydney by Friday morning.

Good Point: Good range of brands, delivery speed, VAT free Smiling

Bad Points: None really, packaging was a little generic given the value of the items.

Score 9/10

Store: http://www.chatsubo.co.uk/

Service: Excellent

Delivery Times: Excellent

Good Point: Good prices and good discounts offered, Fantastic service: I returned an item and they refunded me the money before actually receiving it back, asking only to be shown proof of posting. Also they have an extra long 28 day returns period and refund shipping costs.

Bad Points: None

Score: 10/10

refund shipping costs.

By law they have to, unless you mean they refund YOUR shipping costs to send the item back?

Is that legit? I'm pretty sure I've never received a refund for shipping from places like End or Oi Polloi.

Yeah the distance selling regulations state it, I can never find the regulations to link to. Pretty sure they have to either:
1. Offer free shipping
2. Offer free returns
3. Refund the shipping costs if returned

The distance selling regulations aren't very clear on that point. In my experience, (99)% of sites don't refund postage if it is calculated separately from the price of goods UNLESS the goods being returned are faulty.

Liberty online - shit.
Ordered on Monday, still not shipped. On three days 3 different stories as to why not shipped and staff have no fucking idea how couriers work either.

To be fair they have refunded me the delivery charge.

Bit annoyed at Oi Polloi. Bought a universal wares watch from them as a christmas present, and the battery had totally gone by boxing day. Obviously an ex-display model Evil

How long do Coggles generally take to process an order? Got an initial order acknowledgement, but nothing to say that they're actually processing it after 2 days.

Genuine concern or nankid panic?

Most places are going to be mad busy with sorting out all the sale orders, sit tight.
