Fusshop - great show, ordered from them a few times now and each time has been with me the next business day. Good prices on a lot of items. Only accept paypal it seems, but doesn't seem to be a problem If you want a separate delivery address.

Hideout, fucking useless. Ordered size 8s and they sent size 7s because 'the 8s were display models'. Sending the wrong size without checking first is apparently better. Laughing out loud If I return them I won't get the original P&P refunded either, fine normally but not when they've been massively fucking thick and me sending them back is completely their fault and not mine. Calamity all round.

Ordered a Carhartt Chore on the 28th Dec. Order confirmation 29th. Nothing more. Made phone call (no customer services email) to rather unhelpful staff to prompt if my order was being shipped (Same day dispatch, 1-3 day delivery quoted on site) receieved a generic email offering 20% discount code on S/S 12 stock for the poor service. Got shipped confirmation on the 7th Jan for delivery via CityLink. Still no jacket Sad

It's a sale item, boo hoo etc etc. Still poor service.

Wished I'd seen this! Ordered the same jacket last Wednesday, still waiting for order to be processed. No response to emails. Called up to be told that they will check on order and ring back. No callback. Claiming back via PayPal now. What fucking cunts. If its not in stock at least let me know or refund me instead of holding onto my money. Worst online company I've dealt with ever.

If I lived anywhere near Leeds I'd go in there and piss all over their clothes.

Love the bureau, best customer service on the whole of the internet and thats a bonafied FACT!
Bought an eg scarf in the sales, was sold out, refunded AND was offered a new season full price one of my selection shipped to me all free of charge out of the blue. And this is not the first time they've come through like this. That my friends is how you run a successfull business and build customer loyalty. Love those guys!

Flannels on the other hand can fuck the fuck off, £30 shipping for a sweat to sweden, and when you ask them where the package is after a couple of days you get a standard reply saying please allow 10 days for delivery, I assume thats how long it takes them to tape up a package. I don't mind ripoff shipping if I get my shit quick but thats just a joke. Will never ever buy from again.

Not that much tbh, I just think owner/the guys who run it are genuinely good people.

Got to shout up the great divide on here. I had ordered an item that was faulty and sent it back to them very quick action and fully refunded with no problems at all. I know that's the bare minimum you'd expect on a faulty item but some site's can be very arrogant and argue with you over the fault. Very good customer service.

Superdenim have really good service, just sorted me out with extra laces that didn't come. It doesn't seem like a big thing but it's good and the online chat thing on there is way better than sending emails back and forth.

Next day delivery with order, well packaged etc.

A+

Does anyone know how long Nike usually take for delivery? Ordered a week ago and received a confirmation email but nothing since.

Hello!
I was searching for anyone who had had issues with Hervia and this site came up.
thought I'd join in.
I ended up sending a message to the company director as I got no response from the shop over an order I placed.
Personal message back and an immediate refund, then an E-mail off the shop to say they had 'tried' to phone me, I hadn't even given them my number.
Wouldn't ever use this shop again. Evil

Giving props to the sunspel online store. Purchased a load of tees in the January sale and like a few on here had a couple of problems. Customer service at the time was spot on and iv had a letter through today to say sorry along with a free tee Cool

Fucking great guys in there. Friendliest and most helpful people in retail IMO. It's my local store so I'm in and out fairly often although if I'm busy I'll place a web order and it'll turn up with the odd freebie thrown in like a copy of Inventory magazine or the like. If only all businesses were run as well.

Hanon

Slowish shipping time and had to request an RMA number online before posting back. This was 5 days ago. Still haven't heard back and have emailed them twice trying to get it sorted before the weekend.
