Just a comment regarding Pepper Store, Bergen. Found the service very friendly after ordering a shirt on New Years Eve. As the order was under £120 didn't have to play customs charges. Took two weeks to come but was partly due to Parcelforce holding it up. Well packaged and came with a hand written card from the owner.

Margiela e-store (ran by Yoox I think?)

Took 4 days to come from Italy with UPS, £6.50 postage which I think's ok. No problems at all 9/10.

Matches

Postage with DHL at fiver a time which is a bit shit when spending a lot, had to send an item back for different size so that was double postage. Fast though if DHL go to 6 instead of 9 the retards. Wouldn't take extra sale percentage off as was 4 day window instead of 2, when all sizes still in stock as well. Packaging nice. 8/10 (DHL are wank round here, never leave with a neighbour or attemp to wait more than 3 seconds at your door, plenty of times had to shout them back)

JD

Ordered Saturday morning, came 10 o'clock Sunday morning with Hermes, who are class round our way as they are just normal people delivering out of their cars, always nice old fella always comes by 10 with item. Postage was free too. 10/10

Nike

Great as always especially with 20% off code 10/10

Agree with you on DHL, I have to go 3 junctions up the M1 if I want to collect something from their depot. Fortunately it's relatively easy to book another delivery date or address.

Unis - bought a shirt in the sales, asked them to mark down and got a response saying they would endeavour to do.

Got a letter from customs with a £36 invoice - paid and when picked up it had 3 (just the one was suffice lads) custom stickers all stipulating goods/$135.

Yeah, thanks for that.

Store: www.goodhoodstore.com/

Service: Shit

Delivery Times: Woeful

Good Point: Cheap, 20% code

Bad Points: Ignored my order until I rang to chase (I paid for next day delivery on Sunday and had to ring on Thursday as I hadn't heard anything). No apology for ignoring the order. Only shipped order when I rang a second time.

Score: 3/10

Summary: Goodhood are best avoided.

http://www.triads.co.uk/

Service: Abysmal.

Delivery times: They don't (of if they do, products are damaged).

Order 1:
- Arrives damaged.
- Send photos to Traids showing damage.
- 10 days to respond (and only after prompted by another email)
- Ignore voice message left on store voicemail in that period.
- Take another 3 days to respond to 2nd email, again only after being prompted.
- Eventually refund, minus original postage.
- Phone to query, told will be dealt with in 2 days.
- Isn't, again phone to query.
- Refusing to refund this until Converse confirm goods are faulty.
.. Did I mention in the first phone call they told me they'd managed to sell the shoes when they arrived back and they weren't 'that' faulty? Wondering how Converse are going to determine if they're faulty or not if they're on someone elses feet in England. Laughing out loud

Only a £5er but the service is shit and the goods were damaged.

Order 2:
- Placed 10 days ago.
- Payment taken.
- No good, ni dispatch email, no hope? Sick!
- Asked about it today.
- Reply: 'yeah, that's not been sent, do u want it today mate?'

Score: 2/10, at least I have a partial refund and they do offer free returns.

Mixture of contradictory, comical, farsical and generally very incompetent. Laughing out loud

Ordered twice from them. No issues with them, but it took them ages to ship my stuff and process a return. But apart from that all good.
