Sneakersnstuff - absolutely hopeless took over a week to despatch my order then two days later emailed me to tell me one of the items isn't inside and has been refunded due to being out of stock. Almost two weeks since ordering and I still haven't got the one pair they are supposedly sending me.

Anyone ordered from Lyst before? Looks like it provides a service on behalf of smaller stores? Want to buy a SI jacket and it is about £100 cheaper on there from a store that is presumably in Italy. Is it legit? Cheers!

totally legit - Lyst is part of LVMH. Ordered Nike sweat and it arrived from Menlook next day.

Laura Ashley

Service - Bought a bunch of gifts for Christmas and the service up until now has been atrocious. First the sent my confirmation email to someone else's email, and now I've been waiting for 11 days for a dispatch email after correcting all the details. Plus they pull the cunt move of debiting your account at the time of order.

Delivery - ?

Harvey Nichols ordered two items, received an email next day saying both are out of stock and the order has been canceled, least they were quick to let me know, and the items are still showing as in stock on the site.

Anyone dealing with Union LA at the moment? Won't answer any emails and my item status is stuck at 'waiting for pick up by DHL' for over a week. They usually reply to emails on orders@… but nothing despite numerous attempts.

Following on from my above post, anyone have an email address for Union other than orders@unionlosangeles.com and info@unionlosangeles.com?

They're refusing to acknowledge my existence as they're too busy taking selfies in store and all that.

Awful experience, made a purchase 3-4 days later no email confirmation or anything. Rang them direct to be told the item had sold out. Fair enough can I have my money back? No refund, numerous emails, phone calls, called them out on Instagram and still nothing. Having to raise it as a paypal dispute

If you don't mind the cost, just call them. I found them equally up their own arse and unhelpful when I visited the store

I can't think of anything worse but yeah might have to. A previous order was slow with them but they sorted it after some prompting and communicated well. Customer service is meant to be an American standard, no? Disappointing…

My first order with Union LA went ok. They never reply to any mails or questions anymore. Never bother even looking at their shit these days.

I find it amazing that in the current climate, or in any climate actually, that these type of stores can afford to isolate and lose vast numbers of their potential customer base. They must be making hand-over-fist…
