Couldn't recommend more, ordered 4pm Monday, item arrived 8am Tuesday. Didn't fit so i shipped back on Tuesday and had refund in my account by Wednesday. Blinding service.

Yeah Haven were great when I ordered from them. They changed a size for me after I'd ordered and marked the package down for customs. replied to all my emails really quickly.

Ordered from Albam tonight, £4 delivery which is reasonable, will let fukers know what they're like when the jacket arrives!

I order plenty of things from yoox and send plenty back.

Good Points: Selection, emails answered within a day, FREE RETURNS w/UPS, Quidco, painless online return system, PayPal

Bad Points: Once it's gone it's gone, Limited to 5 items per order, Slow standard free delivery takes 1 week + (If I'm spending £1k+ I'd kinda expect free next day delivery).

Tip: Place your order slightly before the 3:30GMT Next Day delivery cut off time and choose next day delivery for £22. They never get your order ready in time to ship it in the evening so next day you complain and get your £22 back and they'll ship it out that day for free using the next day delivery service. Free delivery within 48 hrs.

Delivery Times: Would of been super quick from Hong Kong if not for the strikes and the VAT charges and Parcelforce clearance fees

Good Point: Good prices and reasonable delivery charges. Good range of pics. Quick email reply. Will mark as gift and low value. Well package.

Bad Points: Do not take Credit Cards or Money Order

Score 9/10

P.S. Thanks Davinho on the info on this store. For those who havent got copped the AM1 Blue and Red, its a defo cop and size up a half size

Brand Alley & Parcel Force have managed to send my RafxFP order (no JLS) to Nottingham where its been signed for?!
Given that I live in a London Borough I really cant work it out.
Googled the place and its a call centre and the woman on the end of the phone had never heard of the person who signed. No word from Parcel Force as yet.

Thought if I could reach the fucking woman who signed, maybe I could sort it out. But getting a call centre just about sealed it.
If you work in Nottingham and they are raffling off a polo or if you suddenly see the cleaner in a new Harrington let me know.

Good Point: Excellent service, ordered 10pm monday arrived today, rang me up the morning after I bought to say they didn't have the colour/size I ordered in the red wings but offered me the same size in the tan which wasn't listed on the site (and is nicer anyway) and then rang again to make sure my address was right/correct my postcode, v. friendly and helpful throughout. Oh and ofc they were cheap! Same boots are still on sale for upwards of £100 on lots of sites.

Bad Points: none for me

Bad service would be doing a coggle and emailing a week later to say they don't have it, ringing me up the next morning (I ordered late so it's fair enough their stock wasn't updated) and offering me an alternative is good service these days if you ask me.

agreed and 9/10 is a website that has the abilty to show no stock the millsecond the item is all sold out in that size.

Good: Website is nice and product pictures are second to none.
Bad: Delivery. I ordered on the 6th(well before their moving sale), didn't get into the hands of UPS until the 11th and then it took 3 days for the package to travel from Sweden to Denmark. I can only conclude that the UPS dude biked it. Delivery took a total of 9 days which is unacceptable for a product that's in stock. Delivery charge is flat cost of 15 euros and time is quoted at 5-7 days. They really need to up their delivery game and at least offer more options. Took them 5 days to pack the order, not fantastic.
