Have read a bunch of mixed reviews about them online but decided to go ahead and try them as they were super cheap for the brand I wanted.
I read that the delivery time suck but the glasses arrived yesterday, just over a week since I ordered them. They were in perfect condition and in original packaging. Plus, like I said, the price was awesome.
so 10/10 for me on this occasion.

Bad Points: Ordered some Nigeria Home shirts for myself and some others in family (approx £200) they stated immediate dispatch once I had ordered and successful confirmation, called them up after receiving nothing for 2 weeks - they stated they will contact the warehouse to get that sorted.
Another 2 weeks go by, called them up again - they stated that the orders from Nike didn't come through to them, that they will have to cancel the order (Why was it classed as immediate dispatch and why did it need me to contact them to confirm this…) and they'll give me 10% off (great…).
Reviewed my accounts for end of month, and only received a refund of £65 (1x shirt) from them
Good Point: Will never use them again.

Bought some flyknits from there once and they sent me an empty box. Obvs someone from their warehouse thieved them and i had to threaten small claims court(lol) to get a refund! Their customer service was dreadful.

End.
I haven’t used End for years as they always seem to be over priced and their customer service in the past was gash.
But they had something I needed and were literally the only place stocking my size as Mr P had sold out, plus it was a limited release.
Ordered Saturday 6pm, arrived Monday via free DPD shipping as I spent over £150.
Packaging was also impressive, bag sealed box plus item wrapped and sealed in End paper.
Think I actually might order again in future as they are stocking Margiela trainers that I want.
Will give them a 9/10 as they can still improve their shitty sneaker raffle which I never win.

END has always been really good over the last few years for me.

Bought from them on Friday, dispatched same day and arrived in Germany Monday. Pretty good.

Ends always been on point for me, their customer service has been good for me too.
But yeah, I agree on the price front - their sales can be decent though…
