Good service from MrP this year. Seems they must have hired extra temp staff. I remember the sales period being particularly poor last year.

2 orders both arrived before NYE and had to return 1 item from each order and both refunds were issued within 2 days of me posting. Can't fault it.

Yeah Mr Porter fine for me this year also.

Seven Liverpool.

Not sure if they’ve been taken over or sumet (as Google reviews were always shocking) but ordered yesterday about 2pm and item arrived this morning using the GOAT courier service DPD and all sound.

Stocking some decent brands as well now.

I have to give Blue Button Shop a mention.
Ordered twice there recently.
They mark down and shipping from Canada to UK in two fuckin days.

Better than most uk to uk sellers.

Owner is a great guy.

Triads - used them a few times now during sale periods, orders have arrived next day without fail. Decent reductions, and customer service has been simple enough to deal with the one time I’ve had a problem.

Mr P on the other hand, shocking recently. Theyve has to refund postage three orders in a row, and latest order arrived so poorly packed the collar of the shirt was creased in the middle.

Recently had to wait 2 weeks for something from Mr. Porter. They refunded postage and gave me £25 credit for next purchase.

The Kooples is trash. After two weeks I still heard nothing. Email unanswered for days; asked on Twitter. They apologised and told me the item was not available anymore. And they also mail you your password in plain text…

Anyone used SLOU Lisbon before? Ordered last week, instant confirmation then silence. No shipping notification, not answering emails or picking up phone.

First time ordering from Nitty Gritty recently and had great service. Drunken purchase made late in the night and was packed and shipped early the next day via FedEx. Arrived in a couple of days and was all packed nicely in a NG branded zip case to use when travelling. Lovely stuff.

John Lewis - quite decent overall but who the fuck ships a leather jacket overseas in just a plastic bag? Hanger is broken.

Nike App is so good. Been rinsing it in March cos of the 25% birthday month discount. Last order was on the 31st, received yesterday. In addition to what I ordered they'd chucked in a free tote and a shoe bag too Cool

Was on about the basic one but both are good. Adidas app is poor in comparison.
