Onu Clothing - Shite - 1/10

Ordered an XL, was sent an L. Asked for an exchange and no response. You have to email to confirm return also, no response.

Opened a Paypal claim. Get an email the same day saying return, no XL available, will also refund return postage.

Send back special delivery as item was expensive, got there last Friday. Had to email yesterday to ask for refund.

Refunded, no return costs though. Opened a Paypal claim for return postage.

Will never in my life use again. So glad I paid with Paypal.

I’m sure this is the wrong place for this, but just seen that Present has ceased trading.

Shop was open with fair bit of stock at big discounts today. Some good Gitman and Vetra items.

They'd been taken over by 4M right?

Harmony Paris 0/10

After two weeks got an email that my item was out of stock and that I would get a refund. Only got this because I send them a message myself that they hadn't shipped it after a week..

Three weeks and two mails later and still no refund

I can somewhat relate.

I sent back a pair of trousers on 7th March and they arrived back in Paris with them on the 12th. I sent two emails chasing them about it and only got a response on the 26th. A further four emails were sent asking about my refund before I got another reply. No refund showing on my card so sent another three emails before getting a further response.

Finally got a refund on 19th April over a month after they'd received the goods back. It was more the fact I had to chase them so much that was the infuriating part. It's a shame as they do some nice stuff, but I'll not be ordering directly from them again.

The Great Divide

Bought a Lady White Co sweatshirt heavily reduced in their sale, they sent out a similar sweatshirt from a different brand. Item I had ordered was no longer in stock, but they offered me anything they had from Lady White at the same price I originally paid. Took ages to sort in the end, but proper sound.

Mr Porter & Doddle are piss poor, would advise anyone to swerve using their partners Doddle for returns.

There was an amazing period where a Doddle opened near me and they gave out free shipping for a whole month. Completely rinsed it and they ended up having to bring a limitation of twenty free deliveries per customer Laughing out loud Laughing out loud Laughing out loud

Might have said this before but Matches Fashion are insanely fast. Ordered at 5pm yesterday with their 2-3 day shipping option and arrived today. Been like that every time I've ordered.

DSM are shithouses.
They had a US/UK size guide for the item which was completely wrong and meant the shoes I received were the wrong size.
Despite accepting it was their fault they refused to refund my return postage.
Said I should have contacted them for a return label even though I did this and was told to send it myself.

This is against the law (Consumer Contracts Regulations). Tell them you're taking it to Trading Standards, etc.

Great service from Oi Polloi. Had placed an order this morning then got the 20% off email. Phoned and they had the order cancelled (couldn't add code to the current order) allowing me to order again within about 2 mins. Two of the items had been reduced further as well so saved me a lot.
