Farfetch - is shit. My girlfriend ordered some shoes from them and they have just been delivered, they haven't even packaged them in anything, just taped around the showbox with tape and stukc the UPS sticker and all the other shit directly onto the box. The box is battered, hopefully the shoes are alright.
Also they said the shoes were coming from a 'boutique' in London, when you search for that 'boutique' it doesn't seem to exist and the shoes have come from Portugal.
I think the website is a shit idea anyway, if I wanted half the shit on there i'd just buy it directly from the website.

Stores I ordered from before xmas without problems, all fast delivery, didn't return anything so hard to comment
TheCorner - Same as yoox, delivery is more expensive for the same service and just like yoox returns are painless but extremely SLOW.
Fever - Delivery was free, took 5-6 days. Pain sending stuff back though, cost me £20 to send something back via courier and emails responses not great. I'd use again but would need to be sure on sizing beforehand.
Diesel Online Store - Run by yoox, everything the same as.
Oki-Ni - Impressive service all round, item returned was refunded same day.

returned an item by recorded, recieved 22nd, still no refund. 3 emails to both personal and business email address and no reply.. telephone number doesn't work!
edit: just checked paypal and has just this min come through!

Bit belated as I bought at the start of December, but thought it was worth mentioning:
Store: The Dope Factory.
Delivery Times: 10Euro shipping from Italy, and arrived in 4 working days.
Good Point: Basically I realised I couldn't afford what I'd ordered with a busy Xmas coming up (some Fluxus). Despite stating that only credit notes/exchanges would be given for returns, I emailed them stating the item didn't fit, and could I have a refund. They agreed, no questions asked, and I returned the item. They refunded me on the day they received the return, and even gave me back the 10Euro shipping fee too!
Bad Points: Nothing at all.

I ordered on monday and received the goods from Italy via Germany on Tuesday via UPS.
Bad points: They only deliver to your home address which is a pain if like me you're never at home in the day. Luckily my local UPS drivers know that and deliver to my work.
Score 9/10. Excellent service comes at a price.

Unless they've changed things recently, their returns procedure is a pain in the arse. You log in, look for your order number then click on it, then you're meant to click on a particular link to request a return but the link doesn't exist because it expires 7 days after you order (it should be 7 days after it's delivered, but it's not) so you have to email and ask them for a returns number, which they get arsey about

Paid for next day delivery which was confirmed in email, goods never arrived following day. Whats the chances of a refund?
