Generation linen shirts that was in the first drop last year weren't that expensive though.

This year was the first year I've seen practically everything go to the sale. I got most the items I wanted at 60%. Years past I'd pick through scraps for an S to buy. And I think they're gearing to have more sales come through their website, which is mental. TBS first drop last spring was good, they had some nice shirts and the artisan jacket which I get plenty of wear out of still, they've done an updated longer version it seems.

higher numbers of produced goods + slightly higher prices enable to sell more and more stuff in sales to encourage buying their goods without making losses because the production costs are reduced massively when more is produced, something i've learned in this semester Laughing out loud

i think that is what they wanted to, spread the brand and make more money because of what i've written above.

not really a bad thing because the quality is not "not as good" as it was before. carmine tonic was even better than the two previous collections quality wise Smiling

can somebody tell me which size i should choose in the terracotta suede jacket? i'm a normal small in OL but heard it fits slim. i may would like to layer a normal shirt underneath without it being super tight. most of the time i would wear it with a t-shirt of course or in colder months with a jacket layered over it but is it small enough to size up?

If you will wear it with just a t-shirt underneath - I'd say it true to size. Stay with S.

i also thought of going with small but end's chest measurement is irritating.

18,5" pit to pit would be too small (S) while 19,5" would be great (M). if there is anyone here that owns a small who could do some measurement that would be nice Eye-wink

or even with a medium to compare have some measurement that is definately correct Smiling

True Sensation, Id go with medium in the terracotta. I'm a true small and I tried this on in Liberty in the 48 and it was just right a 46 would be on the tight side.

anyone had the linen knit before (have they done it before?) - if so what's the fit like and did it stretch badly or keep it's shape well?

i'm a medium in OL and went with medium on the terracotta. can wear a sweater or jumper under it perfectly (unbuttoned). the fit is quite boxy btw.

Yep they've have done them for the last few years, fit on my ones from last year are quite short, they do stretch a little but not too much.

^ definitely. Also worth mentioning that they shrink back down to their original size after washing too.

i'm sure end will get them. they had them last year and the linen knits were always good sellers Smiling

will also get one if they hit the sales which is very likely.

considering the terracotta the opinions are split^^ antonio says i should go with small, snaye says medium as the small will be too tight Laughing out loud

My suede messenger shirt has stretched a ton though, I would go tts to account for stretch
