Agreed. I have a white one which is probably from a few seasons ago now as got it off the Bay. Not as fitted as the recent ones, but still a lovely cut and quality. Shame about the shitty exchange rate.

went to pick one up from dsm today. lovely cotton and great fit on the shoulders & through the body but theyre so short. really not sure at £195 whether its worth it or not.

Wearing a uniqlo one now; got XS but its a pretty good fit imo. Not as good as the RL ones in material or cut (the collar is a bit big yea) but the fact I got it for £5 in sale a couple days back sorta puts things in perspective.

really trying to convince myself the price isnt ridiculous for a too short shirt. its not even at the front and back, just where the seams curve in at the sides. literally goes to the top of belt level though

looking for a couple of oxfords for the summer, don't want it slim fit but don't want a tent, regular fit and not too short.

just standard design and stuff, thought about rl but like paolo, don't think i could handle wearing the logo.

saying this, where's decent to get them… i might rethink.

anyone know what alternatives i have? don't want to spend loads on them cause these are to beat about in

as far as im aware most oxford shirts are of dress shirt length, unless the tags mention short length or something

Impressed by the fit of the Gap ones. Similar length to BoO. I'd recommend spending the extra over the Uniqlo which have a larger collar and aren't as fitted imo.

I would definitely go for the Gap ones over the uniqlo's. I've picked up several recently for £9.99 in various sales.
The collars are smaller than the uniqlo's and the fit is much better imo.
