Anyone able to post some great fits of puffer jackets? Considering getting one for the winter, but always think the shorter ones look rascal and a bit too boxy, and that you'll only be able to wear high tops/boots with them.

Edit: Like this

Yeah and to say you can only wear a short down jacket with cropped trousers and boots/hi tops is a bit odd.

Please prove me wrong, in my mind a down jacket with JPs would look weird

JPs used as an example of low top shoes, think the proportions would be all off

JPs are slim, you could easily go with something like a Red Wing oxford or some more substantial trainers like an AF1 which would balance the bulk of a down jacket.

With what though? There are so many (shorter) type down jackets out there that can be worn with all sorts of knitwear/shirting/layered tees/sweats/trousers/denim/cords/shoes/boots/sneakers that what your saying makes no sense.

Your basically saying 'Im a spastic please dress me'

That puffer jacket comment is definitely one of the most retarded things I've heard on here.

you'll only be able to wear them with boots/hi tops cause you wear boots and down jacket to keep you warm in winter and not really low tops canvas (jp's) ? wouldn't wear a down jacket if it's not cold enough to wear thick socks and boots Smiling

winter jacket with summer shoes always looks weird, no matter if they're hi or low tops
