I can't really argue with an American but I'll make a couple of points.
I don't think anyone denies that American music and practically all modern music comes from black American music. That's a great cultural contribution.
But white European protestants also contributed. Brought the American work ethic and sense of morality/religion (show me an American black or white that doesn't believe in God, they exist but are VERY rare).
I can't know your life of course Sayword but I know it felt weird sometimes being talked down to or just talked to differently as a minority in Japan. It made me feel pissed off and there wasn't even ever a history of persecution of white people in Japan.
The uncultured society dominating the cultured one is an interesting perspective I've never heard before. I think white Europeans had culture, it just sucked and was less interesting?
There is an anti-intellectualism in America though. But I think that's good (Just because someones smarter than you are doesn't make them more moral than you). It's not race based at all though.
