For those still looking for alternatives, been wearing basics from these guys a lot lately http://www.resterods.com

Really good quality, washes impeccably, made in sweden and about £15 a pop, apparently a classic in their country but i've only just encountered them.

They're supposed to be up there with the best. Would like to try one myself. I have 2 The Strike Gold sweats that I can vouch for. Super warm, just be aware that they shrink in a warm wash.

They don't look that great to be honest mate - you should try Fruit of the Loom seriously - £2.50, they're about 6 oz, so pretty thick, and they come in a shit load of colours. They're slim fitting with a decent sleeve length (for a UK medium). Sure, they're not an amazing quality in terms of build, but for £2.50 you can't complain, and the thickness more than makes up for any shortfall.

If you're a medium / large, you could also get away with Hanes Beefy, though to need to roll the sleeves four or five times for them to look good, though they do look good with rolled sleeves. Easily the best t-shirt I've come across.

Don't know about the built quality on these, but the price point is good (no noble)

Cheers forgot about that - just bought 5 t-shirts for a tenner. If anyone knows where you can get the royal blue & navy in a size medium give us a shout - don't mind paying a tenner for them but if I can get them cheaper that'd obviously be better.

depends on how many you take. Ideally looking for people to bulk buy. Would do 10 for £25
