Anyone else have flashbacks of Arnie from Gilbert Grape every time they read an MLI post?

Edit: Actually that's probably quite offensive to Arnie tbh.

Wrong.

It peaked at ~10% coming out of the recession, but decreased to 4.7% by the end of his term.

The steady decrease in unemployment have been going on since 2011.

Here's another 25 completely true statements by Trump. I bet each one of those 15,000 or whatever are party true or true in context.

Did you ever see mainstream news sites tallying up all of Obamas blatant lies? Nope, not during his term.

WITCH HUNT.

FAKE NEWS.

No one spoken here about the election result in Ireland?

Another pro-EU, Brexit-bashing ‘leader’ gets a good dose of what he deserved.

Good riddance.

You do understand that Ireland is pro-European (and don't pull up the Twenty-eighth Amendment of the Constitution (Treaty of Lisbon) Act 2009 without having a clear understanding of the politics of the day), that we eschew nationalistic tendencies due to past troubles and that politics here was always centrist right veering to the left (certain sections of the 6 counties not withstanding).

Probably best to stick to your own utopia (I do agree with you on Leo though having spent enough time around him, I'm surprised you don't embrace him as his party has strong historical ties to the facist movement, hence Blueshirts).

Of course I am, but Leo literally placed himself at the altar of Brussels, telling us we’ll be a ‘little country’ after Brexit, etc etc.

Interestingly exit polls suggested that only 1% of the voters cited the EU as the reason for the voting, they were more interested in things like the economy and jobs etc. So whole Leo is making friends in Brussels and Paris, he’s clearly taken his eye off the ball at home.

So goodbye and good riddance.

Yay for legalising abortion though. Eye-wink
