I thought that was particularly bad form, and completely unnecessary to bring up.
He was laying it on thick as he was in scotland, and was using the issue as a means of keeping them in the union with jobs, but it was laughably bad.

Very bad today. 
Osbourne has gone mad trying to link benefits culture to the child murderer. There are only 180 families on benefits in the UK with more than 10 children the cost is insignificant, let alone saying his sociopathic behaviour is due to benefits culture.
I aprove of means tested benefits for the rich, say state pension etc not total reductions overall.
Cameron talking about NK attacking the UK with nuclear weapons means we need to keep trident is a very bad "weapons of mass destruction" grade argument and pathetic scare tactics.

I'm not sure it was specifically NK he was referring to, but more regimes of that ilk whether now or in the next 10, 20, 30 years etc. NK clearly do not represent a current strategic threat to the UK. that's not to say a similar regime in the future won't, or NK decide to continue the tech sharing circle jerk and someone in north africa ends up with capabilities and happen to much closer to europe. it was the general uncertainty of our world being channeled through the current NK scenario and the need to be able to deter threat a,b,c,d etc, rather than NK itself. or that's how i took it.
NK is a non event, they are just peacocking. They don't really want it & no one will ever bomb them as they share a border with China, who have told everyone to calm it. Normal service will resume soon.
The south china sea dispute is more important, China is basically trying to bully the region. & Dave Cameron is just waffling, there are no countries who would use nukes on anyone
