Laughing out loud I like him a lot, but that's ridiculous.

I'd have given it to David Cameron, by the way.

I don't think he should have received it, although I may be in the minority here. At least wait until later in his presidency to award it. He's done some notable things of late, but nothing totally warranting this. Even the nuclear talks cited for justification for the award are nowhere near being implemented. I also think Zimbabwe's Prime Minister was more deserving….

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/italy/6237409/Silvio-Berlusconi-calls-Barack-Obama-tanned—again.html

"I bring you greetings from a person who is called…a person who is sun-tanned…Barack Obama," the smiling 72-year-old politician told a crowd of cheering supporters in Milan on Sunday.

"You wouldn't believe it, but they go sunbathing at the beach together - his wife is also sun-tanned."

You couldnt make it up!

Can't believe Brucie has formally been made to back track over his comments on the Strictly Come Dancing race row.

He said "People should have a sense of humour. Americans used to call us Limeys which isn't very nice but we just laughed it off. These jokes go back 20/30/40 years."

I agree it's political correctness gone mad. Is the term Paki in a joke context really that offensively racist that such a big scene has to be protested about?

Using a racist term doesn't automatically make you a racist.

That Obama nobel prize is a joke.

The times front page today…a picture of cameron and his bird and two bubbles coming out indicating prices, her wearing some 45 quid M&S dress and him a 1500 (actually 3.5K)saville row (richard james suit i think). Why the fuck are the times writing about what they are wearing - on the front fucking page? Talk about dumbing down. Not that I give a shit about politics - all a load of bollocks - makes no difference who is in.

I don't call him Brucie ever I did then because I think I read his comments online, they may well have been from the Daily Mail via Yahoo. How dare you pigeonhole me as a Daily Mail reader ie sheep filled with DM thoughts only. Saying that someone is a Daily Mail reader is offensive. Purely retribution for my (no homo) over cheers the other night..

In an impassioned statement, he then mistakenly told reporters he had spent millions of euros on "judges", before correcting himself to say "lawyers".

Tis a pretty sad state of affairs when you can't support things like free dialogue, small government and an equal taxation system without being immediately lumped in with the blue rinse brigade as being some kind of armchair Nazi.
