The wages he gave players at pompey to sign them was ridiculous, annual bill of 50m 5 years ago when they went in liquidation.
Then on top of that he was on 3mil a year whilst they were in the championship so fuck knows what he was on when he was in the prem.
Nothing against arry to be fair, his not a coach. Needs to forget this 3 at the back non sense and go 4-4-2 other wise Wickham and AJ will have a field day.

Harry must be the luckiest high profile manager going. Always got plenty of cash thrown at him, can barely string together a team. Took an overpaid big squad down that was shite but no worse than any other 12-17th placed squad and worth a lot more. Took a massively above average championship side, potentially the best individual players the championship has seen maybe apart from Newcastle up via the playoffs along way off the top 2.
Had more money thrown at him this year and appears to have bought well, still not playing as a team. No idea why he gets so much rope. Really he shouldn't have been allowed near anyone after ruining Portsmouth.
