Mourinho vs Pep, now that's a spicy Manc derby. Next season will be incredible. All the Prem needs now is Messi and Ronaldo back and that's the icing on the cake… would take Ibra tho.

Mourinho's agent proper cunted LVG with that leak, one hand on the silver and the other hailing his cab back to the dam

I think this whole thing shows what a fucking mess the senior management of the club is, for me woodward is most at fault for the situation post furgie +gil but seems to catch very little public flack. how this has been handled is a joke, if Jose was the man to bring in why not bring him in in jan, rather than continue with something they had obviously decided was not working just to let it play out and hide behind 'not making top 4' as a reason for change. It would have shown more class to have just done it quickly in Jan. but woodward and co seem incapable of being decisive and making the big decisions he is in place to make. (same applies to how they are operating in transfer market)

rant over, and if as expected Jose is in place I at least look forward to next season as the LVG era has been painful to watch, I reckon they will be a pretty big turnover of players this summer so interesting to see, its a tough window to start in with the euros

I think they were giving LvG more time, if he secured Champions League football, then won the FA CUP he would still be in a job, this is regardless of the boring style of football. Now it's perfectly set up for an even more entertaining unpredictable season with the added crosstown Guardiola rivalry. Giggs shot himself in the foot long ago with all publicity surrounding his private life. I'm sure that sort of thing wouldn't have gone unnoticed by the management.

LvG could have gone in a more dignified way but he didn't exactly handle himself in the public eye very well. I thought he was a little cocky. Got what was coming to him for a while. A shame because he has done incredible things in other leagues, I vividly remember Ajax in the Champions League and the Sonny Silooy penalty miss. 94-95 they were unbeaten in the Eredivisie.

My guess is Jose didn't want to come in mid season and rather than have the situation at city we get this pantomime. I'm just glad LVG is going regardless.

Final thing to say is I hope Carrick gets another 12 months while they get the midfield sorted. Still can do a job for the team.

Imagine thinking mourinho is gonna play attacking enjoyable football Laughing out loud can't wait for the go 2 up in the 20th min and then park the bus tactics at Old trafford.

Edit: I'm not knocking him though, he's a winner but just don't expect anything other than 1-0 or 2-0 dross wins.

it be an upgrade on aimlessly passing the ball about and playing out a 0-0 or loosing to a soft goal

Love mou.

Who would have believed it if someone said in 2011 that by 2016, Leicester City will be champions and the Real Madrid and Barcelona managers respectively will manage both rivals in Manchester, and Klopp would be at Liverpool. Bonkers.

Apparently United are using Ibra as bait for other big names - thoughts? Surely no champions league is the biggest turn off, regardless of Mourinho getting announced later today.
