will be interesting to see how this one pans out, in theory they are a sleeping giant and if well managed from a business perspective over a long period of time they could be a massive 'brand' and be sustainable as a top prem side, how they will get around ploughing the initial start up cash over first few seasons (250-500million) and keep within ffp will be interesting, its not really worked at everton so far.

What happens with relegation then? Do they relegate those in the drop zone or have a larger Ligue 1 next year

Edit: I read that they just relegated the bottom teams

I think the French league has something in place before, so if for whatever reason the league couldn’t be complete they knew who was currently top would be declared champions etc.

Makes sense for all leagues to do this in future and would make everything a lot easier incase for any unforeseen circumstances ever happened again

If English league resumes, how can they go ahead with European club competition? Any club whose domestic league has been cancelled is gonna have a huge advantage.

Dortmund fans must be asking themselves why they bother turning up every season. Maybe they will adopt
behind closed doors football at the close of every season now, so to spare them repeated heartbreak.

We are about to go from no football , to football overload. Schedule to complete the season looks nuts.
