if qpr are letting remy go for less than they paid makes no sense, back in prem, he has proven he can consistemntly score in the league last season, surely he is worth more now no not less?

He signed for qpr when they were in a relegation battle. He and his agents made sure that the only reason he would come and help us try to stay up, was that if we went down he would never ever ever ever have to play in the championship and whenever he left us it would be for the same price as we paid for him.
Hope that clears it up for you and cov.

No we didnt, we paid what he will be sold for.
No circus im sorry to disappoint you all. Mark hughes and his best mate Kia the worst scum bag leech in football that caused the circus last time.
This time it will be quiet mid table mediocrity.

When he was a kid, all of his attacking stats were pretty fucking good last season. He won't play up front anyway, Wenger will stick him on the left, where we're sorely missing players who can break past/behind defenders.

It was only two years ago he left, when he was 23. That's hardly a kid is it? He was never suited to the english game and still won't be now.

or buy him, loan him out for a year (have to keep him for at least 1 year if he is bought back) then sell him, his market value is much higher than the buy back clause amount…

What a completely pointless bit of business considering contracts, agents fees etc. Arsenal have cash, spent 42m on one player but might use a buyback clause to make a few mil profit?

they might have had offers from sides in spain?
if he goes to a top side for 10 million and it comes out they could have bought him for 3.25 they'll look daft.

know what you mean though.

I'm discounting all the time he spent on loan. Anyhow it doesn't look like he wants to come back and more and more like we're trying to work the most cash we can out of the situation, so moot point really.
