was looking at the dior denim in selfridges yesterday. they had about 6 colours, all of which seemed very thin material. no selvedge either. am I missing something?

they dont have selvedge, and you really need to be looking at japan denim the italian is crap

No one claimed the denim on Dior was the best grafted stuff all the way from the looms in Japan. People were buying it (and I hope they were) for the cut (MIJ 19cms) and to a certain extent their washes nothing else.

Having said that though they did do a 19cm MIJ selvedge pair in raw indigo…

You can get MIJ ones from Brownsfashion.
