Want to buy an Unconditional fine jersey LS hoody from SampleRooms but need some help with the sizing. I remember a couple of people have the Ghost hoody, which I assume is similar…any sizing advice please? I'm usually a medium.

Meh quality is shite on those, mine have loose stiching in a few places. But they've held together fine, they're realy comfy too

Ok, ignore that question, this is more important.

I've been looking online about situations when a company sends you the wrong item and then demands you send it back before they'll sort out a refund or exchange. Now, someone told me that by law I'm under no obligation to do this and I only have to make sure I keep the item in mint condition and leave it down to the company to arrange pickup. Anyone know if this is right?
