Yeah that's right. I think them picking it up is open to interpretation though - if they send you a stamp addressed envelope to return the goods I think that'd be fine, even though you'd have to go to the nearest post office to send it rather than it be collected from your home
I think if they haven't expressed an intent to "collect" the goods within 21 days, though they don't actually have to pick them up with 21 days (think they become your property after 6 months without collection) then they can't rely on you to continue to look after the goods (you can keep them)
Just quote the law to them http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si1987/Uksi_19872117_en_1.htm

Ok, ignore that question, this is more important.
I've been looking online about situations when a company sends you the wrong item and then demands you send it back before they'll sort out a refund or exchange. Now, someone told me that by law I'm under no obligation to do this and I only have to make sure I keep the item in mint condition and leave it down to the company to arrange pickup. Anyone know if this is right?

Ok buying some APC's from america as it's the cheapest price i can find, but was wondering about customs taxes and all that. Not too hot on the subject, but they say they'll mark it as a gift but with the price on which comes to about £78. Will i have to pay anything on top of that?
Are these still available in the smoke & if so does anybody know roughly what the damage is likely to be?
