imo, your mum's probably right if you're talking about the average order. the problem with most indian takeaways is that they massively increase the use of ghee, cream, sugar and salt to suit british tastebuds.

could you create 2 layers.
base layer stick a half tone on it, use a tut like this for it if you do not know.. http://vectips.com/tutorials/creating-halftone-effects/
then on the top layer create and cut out the shape you want.

true, i grew up eating my mothers indian food pretty much everyday, and look at me, huge
they add so much more cream, butter, etc when you get it from a restaurant than normal home cooked indian food.. i prefer the takeaways tho
These Dishes are qouted as the most healthiest dishes avaliable from a takeaway……
Fish & Chips
Best dish: Large haddock, with half the batter removed, and a shared portion of chips. 660 calories, 33g fat.
Chinese
Best dish: Prawns with ginger and spring onions, plus boiled rice. 498 calories, 12g fat.
Indian
Best dish: Vegetable biryani with a drizzle of sauce that usually comes in a separate pot. 650 calories, 23g fat. (Add Pilau Rice and its an extra 450 calories)
Im guessing that the worse indian dish is going to be higher then fish and chips

My mum reckons Indian takeaways are the least healthy of all takeaways, I disagreed. Who is right?

Does anybody know how to create this dotted effect/pattern below or have a vectorised eps/ai file?
