Working long hours and being productive or doing a good job are not necessarily linked Laughing out loud

I remember there was an article on productivity a while ago which showed that the French worked less hours than the British, but did more in those hours and had higher productivity.

People in Russia do generally work long hours, but in my (admittedly limited) experience a significant proportion of those hours are spent chatting online.
