I really liked Free Solo although the bits with his gf were abit shit and boring. I kind of liked him, he’s definitely unique! I like the way he spoke about the climb and his climbing in quite a grounded, realistic way. There’s a risk with people like that they go all philosophical and come out with all kinds of nonsense and believe they’re on some higher plain or sometbing. The last 20 minutes was insane.

Yep, +1 on Free Solo. kinda get where the GF was coming from as she wanted that commitment from him but he obviously needed to stay in the zone.

Karate thingy move was fucking nuts.

Anyone into Free Solo should watch his other one, Meru. I actually enjoyed it more.
It’s on NF I think.

Meru ain't on Netflix. 'Valley Uprising' is worth checking out on Netflix for the members of the newly formed FUK Rambling Club.

A bit of slow TV for dash cam footage fans. Russian roads are so random.

I occasionally climb like I occasionally Detroit - OCCASIONAL DETROIT live
it brought me back to some very fond places.

notably this clip - BOULDER PROBLEM of the WEEK! Featuring Chris Sharma 1st Ascent of Witness The Fitness V15 HD 720p
can't beat the time spent out in the wilderness!

Very good. Brilliant warts and all insight into the rise and fall of MoWax.

Brought back some great memories of that era for me.
