Cliche I know but really enjoyed the new Adam Curtis on iPlayer, much much better than hypernormalisation.

Watched that this weekend. $150 billion…mad. I'd love to see an unofficial rich list. MbS and Putin on top?

Isn't Putin unofficially the richest man in the world. I remember hearing this on an RT affiliated podcast

Made You Look on Netflix (about fake art)

This, along with Sour Grapes (not sure if still on Netflix), goes to show how much willy-waving there is amongst the rich.

There's very few people in the world who actually know their shit about wine and art. Everyone else is just bullshitting.

Few new Storyvilles out recently.

Watched the one about parents whose kids are school shooters. Pretty bleak

yeah that was pretty mad, reading more about it the mom of the kid who did the Columbine shooting was in denial. Her son was a piece of shit

An excerpt from Klebold and Harris' basement tapes:

Eric Harris: My parents are the best fucking parents I have ever known. My dad is great. I wish I was a fucking sociopath so I didn’t have any remorse, but I do. This is going to tear them apart. They will never forget it. [He then addresses his parents directly, if briefly] There is nothing you guys could have done to prevent any of this. There is nothing that anyone could have done to prevent this.

dunno i downloaded it. Watched it last night, there's nothing new or revelatory really and most of the footage you wll have seen if you've seen chefs tour/no reservations/parts unknown. It wasn't kind to him or sugar coated and really for me it got going towards the end and i wanted them to explore more about asia and the whole situation but it didnt.
